Windows and facades

Standard bars are 6 m or 6.5 m. Run a separate calculation per profile type (frame, sash, mullion) — each plan then maps to one pallet of bars and nothing gets mixed up.

45° miter cuts

With miter cuts the occupied length is along the outer edge — enter the outside dimensions of your pieces so you never come up short.

Trim cut

The Pro “Final trim cut” setting adds a cut at the end of each bar — useful when the factory end isn't clean and pieces must be squared on both sides.

What are standard profile lengths?

Most commonly 6 m and 6.5 m; some systems ship 7 m. Enter the exact length for your system.

Is the saw blade accounted for?

Yes — the “Kerf” field (typically 3–5 mm for an aluminum chop saw) is added automatically between every two cuts.
