A saw blade takes 3–4 mm per cut, and with 20 parts from one board that's nearly a centimeter — exactly enough for the last part not to fit. The “Kerf” field accounts for it on every cut automatically.
No — panels are two-dimensional (2D) nesting, while CuttingOpt.Pro is for linear (1D) stock: solid wood, battens, profiles, tubes, edge banding by length. Panels need dedicated 2D nesting software.
